Roan works as a remote manager for a US-based travel agency and last year she launched her passion project called Tropik. An artisan, vegan-friendly inspired handmade soaps.
We also discussed a bit about stoicism and how it helped her to finally start the business. Roan shared her biggest mistake in launching Tropik as a first-time business owner and what she learned from it.
