Biohacking Tips for Filipino Freelancers

Biohacking is scientific based since it offers a systems-thinking approach to your own biology. This is what sets biohacking apart from the rest of the self-improvement.

Think of these biohacks as your super powers into becoming a super freelancer. Uncover all of these to have more energy and focus, to be free of disease, to have a better memory and to perform optimally in your freelancing business.

It’s important to know what biohacking is because what you put into your body has an ENORMOUS impact on how you feel.

Here are 5 biohacking tips for freelancers and how to start incorporating them into your daily routine:

1. Being mindful of your nutrition.

What we eat and drink is one way we alter our state of mind.

2. Get in the flow through meditation.

Meditation has been one of our super powers to boost our creativity. If I experience creative blocks, I put my phone down, close my laptop and just be still. Meditation is a great tool to enhanced awareness. To change where we direct our attention, we need to become aware of our attention.

3. Exercise/Get outdoors

Start by just spending a little more time outside and get some sunlight. Try to connect yourself with nature and ground.

4. Connections

Surround and connect yourself your people who are good for you and your soul. Be picky of who you deal with because Β your connections can either boost your energy and vibration or deplete it. There are a lot of people who are energy vampires like those dementors in harry potter who suck the life out of you.

5. Practice gratitude

Gratitude is a daily practice, similar to meditation. Like meditation, it becomes more natural over time. In fact, gratitude and meditation go very well together. You can try to have your own gratitude journal and write at least three things you are grateful for the day. You can even just put it on your notes app in your phone. What you put into your body affects what you get out. In this case, your thoughts create the world you experience. If you put gratitude in, you get gratitude out.
