7 Tips On How To Avoid Burnout For Filipino Freelancers and Business Owners.

Thank you so much for all your support and before we enter a new chapter (second quarter) of this year, I would like to address a very important topic our fellow freelancers and business owners suffer from. Burnout! You know, burnout is real and I myself and other freelancers that I know suffered from this. And it’s not good.

Burnout is described as “A state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by long term involvement in emotionally demanding situations.” – Ayala Pines and Elliot Aronson. Being part of our community, I don’t want you to suffer from this. So here are my personal 7 tips on how to avoid burnout and how to take care of your well-being.

Join me in this episode and email me at admin@articleanddesign.com if you have any thoughts and would like to share something about this topic.

Thank you once again and see you next season!
